Hi All.

I posted a thread a couple of weeks ago about my contact with Atlas regarding 2 faulty turnouts. I e-mailed their customer service and received an answer that they were sending me 2 new ones. Well, they arrived yesterday as promised.
Just thought you guys would like to know. I'm very pleased with this company.

The person I dealt with was, wayne@atlasrr.com

I bought a C40-9W in Novemeber (without some parts) emailed them, finally just received the parts last week, but they sent them, not hassle.

Throttle_JCKY, I think your talking about Bachmann instead of Atlas. Atlas has never made C40-9Ws. Bachmann did do a C40-8W in their Spectrum line. Bachmann also has a reputation of very slow service...

Emailed them several weeks ago about different sideframes for a C30-7, couple back and forth, then nothing.

Went to the site to email CS and that's been 3 days and nothing heard back.

Still waiting, even though I'm willing to pay for the replacement sideframes. Their turnaround is slower than the real railroads.
