Model Railroading > Ashlin Trains (helixes)

Looks like Ashlin Trains website disappeared, and I sent them a message via their Facebook page. I'll try an old-fashioned phone call here eventually - I was curious to know if anyone could confirm that they are still in business (or not)?

I am considering ordered two helix kits, but I won't really need them for another 6-9 months. But if they are on their way out, I'm willing to order now if necessary.

Last I heard. Rodney had moved, maybe twice. I bough a custom helix from Ashlin some time ago and was one of the best decisions I may for my layout. Keep on it I hope they are coming back.

I recently bought two double track helices from them and had no issues...he will answer eventually.

Please report back as I also would like to get a helix in the near future.

I called the toll free number, to find that it was disconnected. Not a good sign. If anyone knows this guy personally, see if he's interested in selling two more kits please?

Does anyone have additional info? Or recommendations for another helix kit manufacturer?
