Author: piggyback5 I was wondering if there are comercial parts available to modernize the ends and high mounted brake on the Atlas HO version of this car.Out of the several I've seen on the rails, only one had the high mounted brake remaining. I'd like to update some of the cars I have. Anyone tried this yet? Can someone post a picture of one of these cars with the B end pictured? I think it might make for a fun kitbash. Thanks, Eric

All the ones that I have seen have the high mounted crossover platform and high handbrake. That is the way the "whale belly" tanks were designed. There are several other LPG cars that have low mounted brakes and crossover platforms, just not whale belly's.
