Wow, didnt know he was parting with the layout. Such sharp, clean and crisp modeling. Glad it will continue to operate

I thought Pelle was over in Denmark? Was his layout located in the US. Obviously it's no small thing to have to move a layout so just wondering how logistically that being accomplished.

Cheers, Jim

Jim,

Thank you for your interest! His layout was in Denmark and is now en route to the US. Make sure to sign up for our e-mail list as we will be sending out updates on how we're accomplishing this move.

Wow, that must be no small feet to move that layout from Denmark to the US, and no small expense.

Pelle seems to build a new layout every 3 to 4 years. I think he likes building them more then operating them.

In this case, Pelle said he was getting a divorce and had to move himself and the layout out of the place. He says it'll be a while before he does much in the way of model railroading. Very unfortunate part of life these days.

Been there done that, which is why I was without a layout for about 14 years.

Cheers, Jim

Perhaps there was a forced sale and neither party ended up with the house.
