Model Railroading > Rail Bus

Now that Dad is retired, he's working through old kits and projects that have sat for 30 years or more. This rail bus is pretty cool. It sat unpainted on our layout for years. He gave it a nice coat of paint and lettering for the AT&SF. He added a pilot, headlight, marker lamps, and rear-red light. He added some pretty slick wipers underneath that make it run really nice. Adding the "stay alive" capacitor helped a lot too and it runs like a champ through switches and over the layout. I'll add some videos soon.

Any historical photos of a Santa Fe rail bus would be cool to see if you have any. We only found one in an old Santa Fe book.
