I voted for option "C". Aaron http://www.hockley.net/trains Date: 03/08/02 13:18 RE: Vote for Atlas' "Spirit of USA" cabo Author: WrongWayMurphy I kinda liked A the best.
Date: 03/08/02 13:33 RE: Vote for Atlas' "Spirt of USA" caboo Author: railroad Isn't it just something how easily Atlas can produce such a car when events like those of 9-11-01 take place, yet whenever we collectors ask them to manufacture something for us, it's a whole different story?! I believe that a model railroading layout should be non-denominational and non-political, after all, model railroading is for our personal enjoyment!
(Just Venting...) JOHN Date: 03/08/02 13:34 My Vote Author: burlingtonjohn I voted "D" for two reasons:
- I have actually purchased one of the HO 'Spirit' engines, so it matches the scheme. - I am in the Navy and have many friends who are serving on the front lines as I type this. Since "D" has the logos of the various branches of the armed forces on it, it was an easy choice for me. Regards, Burlington John Date: 03/08/02 15:13 RE: My Vote Author: Amtrak-30 I vote A
Nice looking cabooses!! Amtrak 30 Date: 03/08/02 15:47 RE: Vote for Atlas' "Spirt of USA" caboo Author: Cascade I voted for B
C is just the BC Rail paint scheme with a small touch up, and it should be something unique. Date: 03/08/02 16:26 RE: Wish it looked like this... Author: gubbins 'cause it'd fit on my layout better, but A or B are cool.
(Picture from Mr. Percy's most excellent Espee site) Date: 03/09/02 04:20 Liked A but voted D Author: railtrekker To honor our military who's away from home allowing us OUR freedom. We continue to pray for our military and President.
Date: 03/09/02 04:27 RE: Liked A but voted D Author: NORAC I voted for A.....but I think the number 911 is not appropriate.
