Model Railroading > HO Kadee conversion for Kato superliners

Hello,
I have several HO scale Kato baggage cars including superliners cars with the factory plastic Kato couplers installed. The cars continue to break apart. Yes, I checked the Kadee website and searched threads on Trainorders for conversions however, Kato only lists Kato engines not passenger cars. The coupler pockets have small pins that hold the factory couplers in place and I can’t find the correct Kadee coupler that will fit. Has anyone attempted to fix these? BTW, looking at the Kato bi-level commuter cars it appears they all have the same design.

According to the conversion chart (https://kadee.com/conv/hocc_kato.htm) Kadee # 451 is for the KATO passenger cars
