Model Railroading > Lionel Pre-war Std gauge wiring question

Hi guys, hopefully there is an expert out there, I just refurbished an 8Eloco that was missing both headlihts, waiting for a few final parts, I got a second one from a friend to see how the motor was wired and that worked fine but that second one also was missing the headlights so I need a simple wire diagram how to connect the two headlight to that connection board on that super motor. I goggle it and nothing is showing for the lights wiring for an 8E with what lionel called a super motor

There's a guy on YouTube that restored one of these and has some information on it. I saved it for later since I have one that needs restoration too but don't know where to start. I'll get around to it someday.

Help from a friend. The wire that comes out of the back of the headlight casting has to connect to the wire that comes from the middle-rail pickup assembly inside the motor.
