Have you already researched this car's font or are you just a font wizard? Thanks for the help. Ryan Wilkerson Fair Oaks, CA Date: 05/14/18 23:50 Re: California Northern Font Help! Author: MrMRL There are several free websites out there that scan uploaded jpeg imagery to identify mystery fonts. I've used these in the past while taking Advertising & Design courses in college.
https://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ https://www.whatfontis.com/ I simply cropped out just the large "CALIFORNIA NORTHERN" lettering from your straight-on provided image above and let the site (whatfontis.com) crunch the pixels to track down the closest match. It provides dozens of close matches... I've successfully used Whatthefont numerous times, but it's upload software isn't working at the moment for some reason... I had no idea that existed. Thanks for doing the work to find the font and sharing the knowledge! -Ryan MrMRL Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > There are several free websites out there that > scan uploaded jpeg imagery to identify mystery > fonts. Just use your typesetting software (I use Quark Express) to condense it to 90% of original size and it comes out right. The font I have is just called Aachen (Post Script font) Bill Pyper Salem, Oregon Date: 05/15/18 10:34 Re: California Northern Font Help! Author: MrMRL MojaveBill Wrote:

That’s why I mentioned the correct font should be the Semibold (condensed) variant. I could only finda ready made alphabet image of the bold font.
