Compact Connectors from LED Baron
Author: railstiesballast

I went to look at the LED Baron (about two clicks into Google) site for pre-wired SMDs  and found these on offer.
They are 28 gauge solid wire with 6" leads.
To help my future self get them connected right I put matching spots of white paint on each end because sometimes illumination is limited.
These look dandy for making detachable light connections for autos and buildings plus rolling stock.
Three batches of 10 pairs cost about 42 Euros (I presume my bank can convert, maybe $48, for about $1.60 each.
They came from Germany but probably were made elsewhere (or do the Germans have clever robots to spit them out rapidly?)
I have no financial interest in LED Baron but had long heard them recomended by others.

Check out seller KINDERWIN8 on eBay.  I bought a lot of 50 pairs of wired mini connectors from him in 2017 for $.5.98.  He now lists 100 pairs for $12.98.
I've put them in all the buildings on our club layout and now we can easily disconnect the building when it needs to be removed for cleaning.
Real good product.

search his site for 100Pairs Micro JST 1.25 2-Pin Male Female Connector plug with Wires Cables 150mm

Wow, thanks for this, I could really use a bunch of these. I'll need rewire some stuff but they will really help with my portable projects.

It appears from the photo link that the LED Baron connections have much smaller end plugs.
