Model Railroading > blast from the pastDate: 05/09/19 12:02 blast from the past Author: santafedan A friend is getting rid of his HO trains. He is in poor health and his wife wants him to get rid of himself and not her.
These are Penn Line trailors. The intersting thing about the green one is that is was .95 cents more then the Monon one. $1.95 vs $1.00 Date: 05/09/19 13:44 Re: blast from the past Author: boejoe Blast, indeed. Looks like Monon has two support legs while the other appears to only have one. Hmmm.
How many folks remember Penn Line? I was able to visit their factory (Boyertown PA) in June 1959. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 05/09/19 14:51 by boejoe. Date: 05/09/19 15:25 Re: blast from the past Author: retcsxcfm boejoe Wrote:

I think you met to say his wife wants him to get rid of "The Trains" himself and not her. (having to do It) I would likely just get rid of her, and keep my trains. My trains don't nag me.
