The development company is going to convert the bldg to office spaces. With all the high tech companies moving to silicon beach, small office bldgs are in demand. I sold the building and it closed escrow almost 30 years to the day that we first opened for business there on September 18, 1989. Those sure were the good ol' days!

Gino was a great guy and like so many train guys, a real character. I miss him as well.
