I found John's Business Interiors on good ole EBay.
He sells sheets of inside photos of various businesses and hotels and a lot of useful stuff.
I started with a DPM store and then my hotel and lighted them with warm white leds by Evemodel. Prewired circuit board with resistor.

I am pleased with the effect.

I used the cart before the horse method as you notice the streets are drawn on paper and the people are still glued to their bases.
