Model Railroading > Digitrax Zephyr Express DCS252 Dimensions

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking about purchasing the Digitrax Zephyr Express Starter Pack for my switching layout. I plan to mount it on a shelf alongside a small bill box for waybills. 

I'm having a hard time figuring out the correct dimensions for the DCS252. Amazon lists it as being 9.76 x 6.3 x 6.3, but it doesn't confirm that on the digitrax website. 

If someone out there could measure theirs, or confirm those dimensions it would be much appreciated!

That's probably the box sizes. mine is 7.25" wide, 5.25" deep with a connector block centered in the back that is 1.5" wide by about 5/8" deep. Plus wire room. The case slopes from about 1.5: in the from to 2-5/8" in the back. However, there are two control handles that make the clear height about 2.5". It weighs nothing or almost nothing. It's got little rubber feet, but it still skates all over.
