By the way, the corrugated storage tank at left is part of the Berrian Solvents factory which is primarily a haz-mat facility that's seen better days. The excessive rust and weathering are on purpose.

That storage tank really caught my eye. Great work on that, it looks awesome!

Mtz - the rest of the Berrian Solvents facility looks like this. And of course there's dedicated rolling stock to go with it!
