Model Railroading > Baldwins dominate the sceneDate: 12/13/20 16:46 Baldwins dominate the scene Author: WrongWayMurphy Probably not much interest here in Baldwins, in a world of models flooded by the likes of
GE ES44's and SD70MAC's, but I delight in the sound of the old diesels and the chant of the properly timed steam exhaust, hence this BLW scene in my home model railway pike. I wish there were more models offered of HO scale small to medium size steam locomotives, as well as early diesels. Baldwins, Alcos, Limas; it would be nice to see more models of those, but I understand the manufacturers have to produce what will be profitable in the marketplace.
