I've never used a service (I do my own installs), but I've always enjoyed the installation videos on YT by Top Hobby Trains. They seem to be able to do some pretty sophisticated installs with cool lighting effects, etc.

I have had several difficult decoder installations with custom lighting done by TopHobby Trains on various N scale locomotives of mine, and they have done a superb job on every one! They can also program the lighting to your desires and do minor locomotive maintenance like lubrication.
