Walthers HO Conerstone Diesel House question

I'm thinking I might replace my Walthers HO Car Shop with their Conerstone Diesel Shop.  The footprints look similar but I'd like to know if the spacing between the three tracks is the same or even close since I already have track laid up to the Car Shop.  I am hoping that someone who has the Diesel Shop could measure the distance between the tracks--maybe a measurement center line to center line to center line?

John, track centerline to centerline of the diesel shop is 3 1/4 inches
