Model Railroading > Rapido SW-1200 number 1618 for Signor’s layout.

Dropped by to see what JRS was up to in the attic this holiday week and found him working on back dating this Rapido SW1200 to the way he photographed it in his youth in Southern California. The SP SW1200s were delivered with these numbers that lasted 6 months. Foot boards were added to the front and rear pilot. Testing has begun on the cement plant grade to see how many cars it will pull up the grade. They did a great job adding weight to these, but instructions on disassembly were lacking.

I would definately recommend the Power Pack circuit be installed.
