Jacksonville FL HO layout question

I have seen numerous posts on FB about a fantastic HO operation called the Jacksonville Terminal Railroad Museum layout.  I have not been able to determine if actually located in the former terminal building or not.  Any TO members have an answer or an address/details?  TIA
