They then used a thin red or yellow stripe from the late 70’s to late 80’s / early 90’s to signify piggyback, and yellow meant something in addition but cannot recall what the was. It was one of the first UPS trailer models.
It's problem was it was so heavy, it would tip over your piggyback cars. This was legal in some states. Red = no pintle hook.
