They only discuss the model, in German, and do not have any pilot model to show. The segment is about 2-3 minutes long, and starts at about the 31 minute mark.

Yes, someone asked here how is PIKO and what is the company about. I though it would be a nice link for the ones interested.

No, I agree! PIKO is a great manufacturer, and I welcome them to the North American HO market. PIKO is one of the top suppliers for the European community, and I look forward to the KMs and hopefully some other North American offerings from them. 

I was simply pointing out that there is no pilot model to look at, and a majority of the audience here does not speak German. However the video is worth looking at to see the new 2023 products coming from PIKO.

I went to YouTube and entered the link -  PIKO [V117] Neuheitenvorstellung 2023  - it worked

As M-636 said above, no pilot model was shown.  Just the familiar static picture of the 3 SP prototypes.

Maybe someone can extract a translations of the discussion the two German men were having about the SP ML4000

Sure. They talk about prototype history (that they were tested in Europe, then delivered to America). The guys are amused that Americans don't have traction tires on their locomotives (? I think?) and that the American market expects three different locomotive numbers so that you can collect all three and run a consist (so they are doing the three first ones placed into service). They talk about how it should be a good model for collectors in both America and Europe, that there was a Rivarossi model a long time ago but that it has gotten long in the tooth. The loco will be 270 euros, or 380 with sound. Hope this helps.
