That looks like a Leslie S5 of some sort. The modern equivalent is an RS5T, but this one is missing the spikes on the back caps, making it a pre-R model. Look at pictures of a Nathan P5 and Leslie S5T to determine which is a closer match. The differences should be obvious in photos.
