Does the Proto 2000 GP 30 and GP 9 share the same frame ??????

No.     GP7's and GP9's share the same frame, and very early GP20's ie Great Northern ones.    GP20's and GP30's would have the same frame style but they may be different wheelbases, I am not sure about that.   GP30's and phase 1 GP35's are the same but phase 2 GP35's changed to the soon to be released 645 line frame although they are the same wheelbase.

I am not talking about the "real"
diesel. I am refering to a "model"
by then Proto 2000.

No they don't. The GP7/9/18/20 are 31'-0" truck center to truck center. The GP30/35 are 32'-0" with a different fuel tank design. The GP38/40 are 34'-0".
