Smokey Valley has a kit with everything you need to take an Atlas high-nose SD24 and turn it into an SD24B.

I've seen the Overland ones on Brass trains and another source that sold with very high and very low prices.

If you sign up with Brass Trains, they'll notify you by email if one shows up.
