I want to give a shout out to Showcase Miniatures for a recent purchase my wife and I did.  We had a little problem with our order (our fault) and Debbie at SM help us get it straightened out.  
Once the order was placed shipping was super fast and we got the package within just a few days of ordering.  Everything was well packaged and it arrived safely.  Good communication with notification when it was shipped and updates to the tracking status.  I was originally planning to buy the kits on eBay but buying direct from Showcase was cheaper and my order was over $75.00 so shipping was free.  It was an overall great buying experience.

The only problem is that my wife bought it for my birthday and I can't have the kits for another few weeks.  Bummer, I want to open them now!

Good news Joe. Now suck it up and enjoy the wait!
