What happened to the railroad at LA County Fairgrounds

There was an outdoor model railroad at Los Angeles County Fairgrounds in Pomona.  What happened to it?

With the fair coming up in the month of May for the 2nd year in a row (instead of its traditional run in September) - maybe members who visit could post some pics of the outdoor layout.

The date change is supposed to be permanent. Cooler in May then it is in September.
