Digitrax decoder SDN136PS

Hi,
  Has anyone had issues with using the Digitrax decoder SDN136PS?   I bought 3 about 4 years ago and never used them.  I know they are not supported by digitrax any more. 
I dowloaded  from the digitrax sound depot an Alco PA.  I put them to two of the decorders.   When running the engine and sound will stop then restart.  I am wondering if any else has
had issues with the decoders?

Digitrax sound decoders are widely regarded as junk grade. Lots of bugs and complaints about them on top of the lousy sound.

Hi , Thanks yes they are junk. I have the Tsunami they are great.

I agree with the above two comments.  I would not install one if they were given to me free of charge.

The motor only decoders are ok, but the sound decoders are rubbish.
