Rapido Phase IV U25B HO models for Great Northern #2515 & 2523 Rapido is willing to produce GN U25B ‘Phase IV’ locomotive models in HO scale, including GN's nonstandard ‘five step’ step well, a feature missed on previous ‘Phase I’ models. They'll also include prototypical snow plow pilot, side mounted handrails, two-piece windshield, upward sloping nose, and fireman’s side nose mounted ratchet handbrake. Two road numbers would be available, 2515 and 2523, in both DC and DCC. But they'll ONLY be available if 100 reservations are made.  Make your 25% deposit the GNRHS Company Store at www.store.gnrhs.org to reserve this product. You will be emailed a gift card code - PLEASE SAVE IT for use to complete your purchase once the product is available. Terms:
•    A deposit of 25%, refundable if model not produced
•    Order deadline is January 2025
•    Current expected delivery in 4th Quarter 2025

•    DCC with sound price $349.95 Paint scheme will be as-delivered in simplified orange and green with correct road numbers, and with post-1968 cab roof warning flasher. Our exclusive road numbers will be available ONLY through the GNRHS Company Store.  Rapido may offer additional road numbers if the order minimum is met. Deposit details:  We are offering reservations secured by a deposit. Deposit amount is 25% of retail, that is: $87.50 for units with sound, or $60 for units without sound. Reservations will be refundable until we place an order with Rapido. Reservations will become non-refundable when we place an order with Rapido, which we anticipate will be in January for Fourth Quarter delivery.  When you order the actual product, apply the gift card code, which will reduce the amount due by the amount of the deposit. IF YOU WANT ONE OR TWO OF THESE MODELS, make your reservation(s) now.
