Runnin' Late....
Author: funnelfan

.....a Late Era SP train that is. I purchased a EMD SD70M demo unit that became part of the EMD lease fleet used on the I-5 corridor over a month ago, and finally got to run it on a late late era SP train in the final months prior to the UP merger. These scenes are on the Caldwell Model RR Club. I also took several videos of the train, but every time I post a video here, there is minimal response to it. So not sure if it is worth posting them since I need to process them to make them small enough to upload.

Ted,
At first glance, that first shot looks real!  Great looking railroad.  Do you know who painted the backdrop?  Thanks for sharing.

Interesting to see the cement plant, they take up a lot of room, lots of interesting details though.

Great pictures Ted. I always like your photos and videos. The Caldwell club looks like a nice layout to operate on.

Great pictures of a fabulous time on the SP.  I want to snag one of the demo SD70Ms to run with my SP SD70M.  Someday!
