Harbor Freight small rare earth magnets that way if someone bumps it, it moves and does not break.

I did find some stick on magnets (not rare earth) at Hobby Lobby

I like the magnet idea.  I was going to use a dab of clear caulk, but haven't tried it yet.

The magnets I got at Hobby Lobby stick to the bottom of a Atlas signal, then surround with ballast
