Model Railroading > A Tampa Northern quickieDate: 04/08/25 20:20 A Tampa Northern quickie Author: SALGUY Working a bit on my representation of Savannah, GA on my Tampa Northern. I think this scene is coming together nicely. Of course there is still plenty to do in just this area, never mind the whole railroad.
I've also attached a quick video of the first grain train to run on the Tampa Northern. Thanks for checking out this post. Be sure to check out the Tampa Northern as well. https://www.facebook.com/share/g/18ubaJ3pbm/ Thanks Denis Blake ![]() You must be a registered subscriber to watch videos. Join Today! Now, if I were modeling the southern in Savannah, it would be a must have. It doesn't run any longer. I was fortunate to see it many times on my numerous visits to Savannah. The building on the left has had some painting done and it's been weathered a bit. Ivebpainted the rail with a mixture of brown and black acrylic paints. I've also put some ballast down to see how it's going to look. In the AM ill vacumn the excess off.
