Looks like that unit has been switching at a cement plant. Needs a trip through the wash rack.

In defence of the MOP, which I never liked, I never personally saw an engine that dirty.

Couple of weeks working the sugar mill job… confectioner’s sugar blows everywhere in a south Texas breeze..

There are lots of limestone quarries in south Texas along with cement plants. The loc certainly needs a trip through the washer but looks pretty much like what I have seen gathering up rock.
