Model Railroading > cf7 s

i noticed that on the all blue paint scheme frome athearn that the top of the number boards are blue.
i thought that this erea was suposed to be yellow,
such as on the atlas all blue u23b. is this a mistake on the part of athearn or in real life was this how atsf did them?

In comparing the pictures of U23B's and CF7's in the two "The Santa Fe Diesel" books, it looks like Athearn did them right. The U23B's clearly have yellow on top of the headlight/numberboard housing, while the CF7's look to be yellow only on the front face.
