This year's AAPRCO Convention Train - The Arizona Limited - will depart Chicago Union Station for Williams, Arizona on Saturday, October 1 at 10:30 am.

5 western cars will depart Los Angeles Union Passenger Terminal on Saturday, Oct. 1 attached to the rear of Amtrak's SW Chief.

The 5 western cars are: Pony Express, Scottish Thistle, Pacific Sands, Silver Iris and City of Spokane.

The western cars will join the special in Albuquerque on October 2.

What route is the special taking out of Chicago? The ex-BN or the ex-ATSF?

The special is taking the Southwest Chief Route.
