look for five private cars traveling from cincinnati to the amtrak beechgrove yard in indianapolis this thursday sept 29th. private cars north star,oliver hazard perry,birch grove,vista dome and chapel hill ,,,,in that order,,,will be running behind the cincinnati railway f-40 on the old new york central line through batesville and shelbyville indiana. the consist will depart from valley junction yard at 4.30 pm on thursday. the cincinnati based cars will meet 16 other private cars in chicago on saturday for the annual AAPRCO convention train. this years train goes to williams arizona.

Any idea how long this trip takes? I might go from Indy as far as Greensburg looking for photo opportunities and I don't mind a little waiting. But, if my two buddies go along they are impatient.
