BNSF finishes San Joaquin Track work

BNSF has finished the track work between Stockton and Fresno early.

As of Feb 19, all San Joaquin's will operate normally between Oakland and Bakersfield, in place of busing of some trains.

Train 701 between Stockton and Sacramento is subject to a detour on the UP, missing Lodi.
