Looks like one Acela is not doing so good, but I guess relatively speaking the ATV is doing worse. Dummy ATV rider is lucky to be alive:

Thinking about the incident, we could have had a big pile-up with major loss of life as a result of the idiot trying to ride his ATV across a railroad bridge.
