The second is a GG1, of course, taken at Glenndale (PRR spelling), Maryland, in March, 1972. And lastly, a snow-impervious Metroliner, also at Glenndale, Maryland, in early 1979. I hope you enjoy these. As my scanner is kaput, these are digital photos of slides... Air intakes on the Metroliner MU's were not designed correctly for many types of snow, and GG1's were used in those cases.
