Amtrak 3 (23) detour via UP LA Sub

On Sunday May 25 Amtrak #3 is scheduled to detour via UP's Los Angeles Sub between Riverside and Los Angeles account absolute window on BNSF between Vail and DT Junction to cut in new signals. We now return you to our regularly scheduled programming.

UPDATE - Train 3 is running 2:39 late out of Needles. The work window expires at 0900 so this detour may not happen.

Surfliners 564 and 571 are cancelled do to that work and 566 may be up to an hour late.

JEEZ, and if 3 did detour over UP, wonder how bad the timin' would've been for gettin' it into LA no thanks to UPs Lousy Dispatching!
