Passenger Trains > Anybody know why #3 had the baggage car on the rearDate: 10/31/10 18:52 Anybody know why #3 had the baggage car on the rear Author: SD45X This morning it was on the rear of #3. Did they run into problems? and have to run around the train?
Date: 10/31/10 18:55 Re: Anybody know why #3 had the baggage car on the rear Author: HoggerMatt I do not know the reason, but I do know it was on the rear out of Chicago last Sunday and tonight out of Chicago as well.

It almost looked like they hooked on to #4s train cars, without turning them and just left with it that way. That's just my guess.

However to complete the story, was the bag car behind the coaches? or had the entire train, run backwards, with bag car next to the Crew sleeper. Date: 11/01/10 07:44 Re: Anybody know why #3 had the baggage car on the rear Author: The_Chief_Way the entire train was in reverse order out of CHI

No issues with the Empire Builder, CA Zephyr, Texas Eagle, City of New Orleans (although this is already wyed as it comes in to Chicago I believe)?
