At least he says he won't stop Florida HSR if the Federal government pays for it all:

I for one hope he does. Orlando to Miami would be great....going to Tampa.....just a dog and pony show.

Whatever happened to private sponsorship? If companies in Florida find the expense justifiable, then the remaining $2.6 billion might, MIGHT, be doable. Why does it always have to be the federal government's problem?
