Passenger Trains > 3/20 Amtrak 19 into Atlanta

3/20 Amtrak 19 into Atlanta

Hello:

I rode Amtrak 19 from Washington DC to Atlanta arriving this morning. When I arrived I noticed that there was an extra Amfleet II car attached behind the baggage that they were busy uncoupling. Since the end of the mail contracts they haven't typically switched cars on/off in Atlanta, anyone know what this was for?
