Things lpike this and the move to ultra high speed limits out west, and Tet no calls for 2 drivers in the cab. HMM redundant drivers over 65 mph?

This has got nothing to do with trains. It has to do with public surface transportation, a subject which many trainorders fans have an interest in and enjoy reading about.

Rail and Public Transit.

And many people on here. Use Buses to connect with Trains.

Well, I enjoy reading about baseball and poker, too, so let's have threads about those things as well.

My objection is not that I found the MBTA bus-accident story uninteresting. The occasional post about the airline biz, presumably relevant since many of us fly to go on foaming vacations or because Amtrak competes with the airline shuttles in the NEC, shows up too. But where do we draw the line? This isn't busfoamers.com.

I agree that the focus should be trains, but can't we digress to related topics once in awhile?.

Absolutely. "Once in a while." Just making the case that it shouldn't become routine.
