Phase II and IV Heritage Units On Train 30 (13)

For those interested, last night's eastbound #30 out of Chicago had heritage units 184 and 66 in the consist. One report suggested that #66 (Phase II) was to be leading, but an actual sighting from Chicago (posted here on Trainorders) indicated that the Phase IV unit, 184, was actually in the lead, with #66 trailing.

Any chance of those units coming back on 29?

Probably not right away. After working east on 30, the units tend to go south out of WDC.
