Yup, another young man carrying a backpack of laden with books. He maybe walking home from school with hopes & dreams of making it in the City of Brotherly Love.

Yes on second thought this morning he does look like who you describe unlike he looked last night when I was doing my impression of breaking rule G. I forgot the area around the station is actually a nice area of Philly do to its proximity to the U of Penn.

another feeble mind at work ... so now you're saying railroad employees wearing hoods and backpacks are hoodlums from the barrio ... that's an employee parking lot no public access and the person is more than likely an employee heading over to the yard ... oh and another fine photo there Mr Chu
