I got the same message but seconds later it popped up. No problem.

It's the weekend. No one at Amtrak online works weekends. You see it when there are service disruptions on weekends. No updates to Amtrak.com until Monday.

Except this week it will probably be Tuesday due to the holiday tomorrow.

?????? There are no problems with amtrak.com

It's been doing that for several days. If you either refresh or click "home", the site loads. Like Amtrak itself, it's a little quirky.

My point is that AGR and Amtrak.com are pretty much left to fend for themselves on weekends.
