Railfan front window in the Rockaways. Too bad Far Rockaway is a terrible area to hang around in. The several block walk from the LIRR is not very safe.

The pictures and videos show first the wheel sets then the car body being placed on the tracks. How are the wheel sets connected to car body? Gravity or pins or some other method?
