Who is Willis? Is he "son of Sears"? After all my Sears store at the Moorestown (NJ) Mall is still in business!

Sears moved out to 'burbs and sold the building to Willis. No idea who he is, but the new name for the tower has nothing to so with Sears business. The move was to reduce costs. At least they didn't move out of the country.

Willis refers to the 1970's/1980's TV show Different Strokes. Gary Coleman's character, Arnold Jackson, would say to his brother Willis (Played by Todd Bridges), "Whatchu talkin' about Willis". It was kind of the catch phrase from that TV show.

I thought Willis was an insurance company.

For now, they will be out of business in the next few years.

Yeah, but there was an implied comma in there. Without the comma it is hard to interpret; hence, the confusion.
