I have received word that the Sierra Hotel is down in oakland then it will go to LA then to NOL then back to Oakland!

This car gets around a lot. Where is it based? Oakland, Los Angeles, or ???

It is based out of MSP but it sometimes stays in other places in the winter like this winter.
